Guado is an AI service that keeps your own case in one place. Fixed rules check your documents, and every statement it makes links to the official source it comes from. Lawyers and accountants with practical case experience in Italy have verified the rules.
Request accessLeaving a request costs nothing and takes no payment details. Places open in waves, and we write to you when one opens.
Who it is for
Freelancers with a P.IVA, founders, skilled hires and remote workers who handle their own permit and tax paperwork in Italy.
Why one place for the case
A permit, a tax position and a work status each involve a different office, and each office sees only its own part. You are the one who carries the whole case from one to the next.
- What changesGuado keeps the whole case in one place: your dates, your documents and your next step, each checked against an official source.
- What stays with youFiling, and any question that needs a lawyer or an accountant. Guado names the kind of professional to ask.
What it covers
Each situation is a set of steps, documents and deadlines taken from official sources.
Permit renewal for professionals
Your expiry date, the documents the renewal needs, what is missing or inconsistent in the ones you hold, and the steps in order.
Permit conversion or change of status
Moving from one type of permit to another: which documents change, which deadlines apply and what the official procedure asks at each step.
First tax intake for new residents
What to bring, what to fill in and who files. Guado prepares the intake and the checklist and hands over to the person who files. It gives no tax advice.
Situations open one at a time. Access includes each one when it opens.
Five checks, all automatic
No person reviews your case. The checks are part of the service, and each one has a mechanism you can read here.
A source on every statement
Each statement links to an official source, with the version and the date it was retrieved. A statement without a source is blocked, so you do not receive it.
Fixed rules check your documents
Dates, expiry, name consistency, required fields and completeness are checked by fixed rules. No AI model is inside these checks, so the same document gets the same result every time.
Refusal outside its scope
If a question falls outside what Guado knows or outside what it may do, it declines, says why and names the kind of professional to ask.
A changed source blocks what depends on it
Sources are fetched again on a schedule. When one changes, the answers built on it are blocked until they are updated.
A test before every release
Before each release, a set of test cases runs, including questions Guado must refuse. A release with an unsourced statement or an answered trap does not ship.
AI only. Every output is labelled as AI-generated.
Request accessWhat Guado does not do
- It gives no individual legal or tax conclusion.
- It files nothing for you and does not perform acts reserved to authorised professionals.
- It does not replace a lawyer or an accountant. When your question needs one, Guado says so and names the kind of professional. Handing over to one is your choice and your cost, and is not part of Access.
Your documents
Your documents are not used to train any model. Models are trained on official sources and on synthetic cases only.
Guado runs on open-weight models. Your case is not sent to a closed model provider's service.
One price for access
Access is one plan, not a price per question or per case. It covers your own case in one place: your dates and documents, document checks, deadline reminders and next steps from your own situation, for every situation that opens while you have access.
Levels with more depth come later. They differ by depth, never by the number of questions.
EUR 99 for 12 months of access. VAT included.

Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. Guado gives no individual legal or tax conclusion. It prepares your documents and steps and cites the official source for each statement.
Does a person check my case?
No. Guado is AI only, and the checks above run inside the service. Lawyers and accountants verified the rules; they do not review your case. A lawyer or an accountant is your own choice, at your cost, outside Access.
Is there free help with a permit?
For some permit applications, yes. The official immigration portal says applicants can ask a Patronato or an enabled Comune for free support. Guado is a different service: it keeps your own case in one place, checks your documents with fixed rules and cites an official source for each statement.
What if Guado does not know the answer?
It declines, says why and names the kind of professional to ask, instead of guessing.
When does access open?
We give no date. Places open in waves, and we write to you when one opens.
What does it cost to leave a request?
Nothing. No card and no payment details are asked.
What does access cost?
EUR 99 for 12 months of access, VAT included. It is one price for the service, not a price per question or per case.
